I booked hotel and they asked me pay extra $16 to make my reservation refundable. After that I had to cancel my reservation, they never provided me refund.I never assigned for the member+, they assigned me by themselves. Stay away from this service!
Do not use this website to book a hotel room. I arrived to my hotel for them to say they have no confirmation of me paying. I been routed to different chat agents and customer service agents just to say I have to wait 48 hours to get an answer from the travel partner about my refund. That'?€™s terrible customer service because I am at this hotel now and was charged $685 when I was only supposed to get charged $100 incidental fee. So I have reported the charge of my hotel room $387.24 as a scam/fraudulent that super charged me back in May when I booked the room.Update: problem was resolved yesterday 6/23/25 thank you
