COMPLETE SCAM!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR SANITY. The only useful employee is Rose, everyone else kept hanging up and telling us incorrect confirmation codes. We wasted 2 hours (from 1-3 am) trying to check in just to be told that we couldn'?€™t check in because Super.com'?€™s system was no longer on the 12th even though the hotel'?€™s system still was. I will NEVER be using this site ever again and I will be telling every person I meet to NEVER use super.com because it is a SCAM. DO NOT EXCEPT A BOOKING IF YOU CAN'?€™T HONOR THE BOOKING! IT'?€™S THAT SIMPLE!!! Instead I got: 7 calls from my phone, 6 of which I was hung up on with no explanation of what they were doing or even being told to hold or that they would call back; 5 calls from my mom'?€™s phone, 3 of which she was also hung up on with no explanation; 3 incorrect confirmation codes; 2 emails that were supposedly sent despite never showing up in my moms email; and 2 hours of perfectly good sleeping time wasted on at least 4 separate completely useless employees that either don'?€™t know how to do their job or were hired just to mess with people and waste their time. Thank you Rose, for being the one that finally explained to us that our reservation was cancelled instead of sending us on another wild goose chase. Hire more Roses. Fire everyone else. Or better yet, close the entire site. They can lose your reservation whether you book it too early or too late so either way you'?€™re screwed. Good luck getting anything done with this scam of a company. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Worse experience. I booked an reservation and the dates automatically changed from the website and when I tried to change it (immediately after I booked it), I was told that can't be done anything and like that I lost all the money from the reservation.
Poor customer service team and I lost access to redeeming my rewards credits and no longer can access to earning section I'm reporting to BBB service and gonna have a team on this and find if this even legal to remove money what I earned it's over 1300$ worth of credits and that's theft Update: they gave some money back but only 150$ or credits the rest they claim I should of make sure it tracked by install app confirm but it's website based stuff so I told them that they told me there's nothing they can do so I spent money for the rewards afterwards they don't track because there website tracking is horrible and only 1 out of 10 works so still no help even after customer support service they don't care unless I ask for manager but they just simply stop replying when I ask for a Manager
After booking, they tell me it is a non-refundable booking, even though I KNOW I selected no such option. Imagine losing a family member and then being told "Oh too bad, we see here this is a non-refundable booking. That's why our rates are so low!"Scumbag scammers.
