I booked a Courtyard by Marriott as a same-day booking at a good discount through Super. All went well at the hotel and I checked out the next morning.Five days later, an unauthorized $15 charge appeared on my credit card for membership in Super+ - they had enrolled me in their discount club without my permission.Fraud. Card had to be canceled because Super.com was closed (voice message) and I would have to wait for a day to call them....Many, many recent Better Business Bureau complaints about the same thing, with the company not admitting anything but canceling the subscriptions. Not good.
I would never use Super.com again and hope everyone that reads this will NOT use them.We paid them $1600.00 up front for our hotel in Ohio for our vacation there. It looked like a good price after checking other sites, but after checking out at the hotel to return home we got our receipt and the total for our stay was ONLY $1200.00. We have NOT gotten refunded the difference in price. If I had gone through the hotel directly I would have saved $400.00.NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE Super.com!! I hope you will never use them either!!!If there was a score less then 1 star, I would have used it.
