Super changed my reservation date when I transferred from the Google platform over to Super.com. Now I made a reservation for the wrong date and the customer service agent is giving attitude to me for no reason. Customer service agent was practically useless
We recently booked a 3-day stay at a '?€œCountry Inns & Suites'?€ ? in St. Augustine Fl through Super.com. This was based primarily upon my previous positive experiences at this hotel chain. However, when we showed up, it was actually an independently owned hotel called '?€œThe Magnolia'?€ ? (and it was not a pleasant experience). Talk about a '?€œbait and switch'?€ ?. When I reached out to Super.com for assistance they were ZERO help and tried to justify it by saying that the hotel had recently changed names however I booked our stay less than a week prior so I gotta call BS on that. I will never use Super.com again and cancelled my membership immediately.
Super.com made a booking at a Hotel in Honolulu that was unauthorized by me. I disputed the transaction upon seeing it posted. Super.com then cancelled the reservation and claims they are due the amount. This is 100 percent fraud. Then they continued to hit my cancelled CC for months! Scam alert.
