Booked to stay 3 nights at a specific hotel I've had previous positive experiences with, get to the hotel to find out it closed then re opened as a totally independent non related hotel! The hotel was horrible all around. Before even going into my room I contacted super.com for a refund since their false advertising clearly misrepresented this as a completely different hotel (by the name and photos in their listing!) but super refused to give a refund or help in any way possible. Even after my stay ended I tried contacting supers customer service but they didn't help at all. I canceled my membership and won't ever give super.com another dollar. Horrible and misleading business practice. Per the FTC what they did is also illegal. Edit to reply to business: I can only see the reply not any message to me. I have already provided all of the details to you via a BBB complaint. All you are offering is a 20% refund in credits - saying you cannot do more since our reservation was utilized. We only stayed in the hotel because when we first contacted you about this issue the customer support agent refused to refund or help in any way! I do not want credits as I will not be using super.com ever again due to this experience (I get mistakes happen, but how the business attempts to resolve the issue is what matters!) I guess the next step will just be filing a chargeback via my bank/ card issuer instead. I tried to work it out with super but they refuse to help. I am going to continue posting reviews any where I can to make sure any potential future customers are aware of your misleading business practices & refusal to help customers once a mistake is made on your end.
Never ever use this website to book unless you know for SURE you'?€™ll be able to make it. I even paid EXTRA to be able to refund and my sister totaled her car and couldn'?€™t make it to take us on our trip and because I wouldn'?€™t take exploited pictures of her in the icu room, they denied me my refund. This is unacceptable. I'?€™ll tell everyone NEVER to use this website.
