They charged my for continue membership however, I never ticked to subscribe them. If I had ticked to subscribe them I would have gotten the hotel in more cheaper price, I paid normal price without subscribing them. However, they appeared to charge my account of '? ?11 something pence for subscribing.My suggestion - Please be aware and don't use this website. They seem to be found cheap when you search but they will charge you for monthly subscription without your knowledge.
Booked a hotel with this website. Arrived at the hotel to be told they'?€™d tried 4 times to recover the funds from Super.com and failed so cancelled the booking, forcing me to rebook at an additional 25% fee. Have contacted customer services but they seem unable to grasp the above and have asked me to wait 72 hours whilst they '?€œinvestigate'?€ ?. Very dissatisfied, will be contacting my bank to recover funds shortly
I love booking with ya'?€™ll you are cheaper than other competitors, and ya'?€™ll just make it easier for use I'?€™m highly satisfied with Super I would love to be a member but right now ever dime we have is accounted for we just don'?€™t have any extra money right now but just using you guys to get a pretty nice place for a great price is absolutely amazing for use so thank u for ur services we greatly appreciated the great discounts for use to be able to stay at a clean place if it wasn'?€™t for yall we would be staying in a cheap motel that wouldn'?€™t be very nice or clean but for the price u give use we r able to stay at comfort suits so thank u again we are very grateful and God bless!!
