Booked a hotel with this website

Booked a hotel with this website. Arrived at the hotel to be told they'?€™d tried 4 times to recover the funds from Super.com and failed so cancelled the booking, forcing me to rebook at an additional 25% fee. Have contacted customer services but they seem unable to grasp the above and have asked me to wait 72 hours whilst they '?€œinvestigate'?€ ?. Very dissatisfied, will be contacting my bank to recover funds shortly
