If i could give 0 I would. I booked the wrong hotel on accident according to where I thought it was. A simple human mistake. I tried for an hour to get someone on the phone. I asked for them to please let me rebook or credit or something so im not out 250 dollars. No no no. Trips canceled and I will never use them again. Thanks for ruining mine and my husbands first night out to get away since all we've been doing is rapidly fighting cancer for the last 3 months.
'?€ ?'? ? ? DO NOT BOOK WITH THEMThey will steal your money I showed up a day late to my hotel after being in a car wreck and had paid for a week. Was told I can't have my room and will received no refund. Just do yourself a favor and book directly with the hotel and save yourself hundreds of dollars
Stay far away.. too good to be true. Booked wrong date by mistake contact them within minutes of the issue and they had no interest in helping me getting it resolved. Sorry I even tried them out.. do not book with them unless your willing to lose your hard earned money
