Don'?€™t use this company, total ripoff

I was looking for a hotel near Orlando airport, found the perfect one and booked it through super.com, they booked me a different hotel nowhere near the airport, no breakfast and in the middle of universal boulevard. Tried to get them to change it but somebody in south Africa told me it was non refundable I emailed and text but no reply.I called my credit card company but had to wait until it was paid.Not sure what to do now as it'?€™s not easy to deal with while traveling.Don'?€™t use this company

Worst experience

Worst experience. Booked and paid through super.com. recieved confirmation and sms reminders that my booking was made and my trip was all set. Only to arrive at the hotel to be informed super.com had cancelled my booking. After 2hrs of arguing with super.com they refused to acknowledge their error. If I didn't have the manger of the hotel help me I would have lost all that money. Total scam. Taking advantage of tourists and leaving them standed.
