System double booked and double charged me. The browser refreshed mid way through, but still doesn't make sense being double booked. When I contacted the OTA they said all resolution needs to be sorted by the hotel, the hotel put it back on the OTA. Personally, when the OTA service is the cause, I believe they should resolve it. The refusal is a joke. They claimed to have reached out to review and rectify this. Simply not true.
