Gave me a discount on my room and made it simple and convenient to do. Was able to book my room in the lobby and get everything done fast. Manager said super.com was cheaper then he could give us the room for. Great overall experience
I booked with Super.com to go visit my son who is in the military in Jacksonville, FL. I read all the great reviews and I thought it was a good idea to book with them. I booked a 2 queen bed suite with a living room and pull out sofa but when I got to the hotel the hostess told me my reservation was for a handicap queen room. The hotel asked me to reach out to super.com so it can be changed and the agent over the chat and phone told me that my reservation was correct and they was not going to change it. I sent them a copy of my reservation that had 2 queen suite on it but it did not matter. I arrived at the hotel at 1:28am after a 10 hour drive, begged to even pay the difference so that my family could be accomodated properly because we were so tired. I was told no and that the hotel could cancel my room but I would be charged a one night stay and then I could rebook the room I needed even after showing my confirmation that I had already booked the suite. I had a horrible experience. My family finally got into a room around 4am but we were crammed up. The hotel said that when a room is booked through a third party the room choice that is sent to them had to be updated by the company it was booked through or the customer would be charged the for the room anyway if they cancel it so it's better for the third party company to just change it on their end. So no I do not recommend booking with this company because not only did the representative not help with any changes their attitude was terrible about it. Kindness goes a long way.
I made a reservation that stated it was fully refundable. When the baseball tournament was cancelled on the 12th two days before my reservation i contacted the hotel and cancelled. They told me I had to contact super.com for a refund. Super.com said the cancelation deadline was the 11th and refused to refund my payment.
Beware! I made a hotel reservation and it was not until I received my receipt that I saw it was non-refundable. When I requested a refunde and disputed it, Super.com contacted me asking for more information but then never answered my e-mails... They also charged me $15.00 to become a member and get a discount then never gave me the discount. Definitely a very bad experience.
