Vivint is the worst company I've done business with. If you have any issues with your system they give you the run around and if its the "busy season" you could wait over a month for someone to schedule you. Please do yourself a favor and go with a different company to help you with security. For something so important you don't want to use vivint.

I was put through to a text message and was contacted by a very pleasant lady who explained that I could do it on line but would do it through the chat app. This was done efficiently and quickly with no messing about. We took my mum, 89, for a flat viewing at Beatrice Lodge, Sittingbourne. Beatrice Lodge itself is a very nice retirement home, clean and well maintained with a very active programme of events and entertainment for the residents, but what made the viewing experience excellent was the lodge manager, Estie, who really could not have been more helpful and enthusiastic. I was very surprised to discover that Estie has only been there for 18 months, as she is very invested and is really working hard to make Beatrice Lodge work for all its residents. Estie demonstrates how much one person can bring to a role.

The experience generally was very good, they took care of everything and when communicating with the team they were attenuative and reassuring, however had to ask for updates and the results of the hearing and the breakdown of costs. No feed back from bank just money deposited from ruling, so it was important as a client to understand the result. Made me feel like I was not part of the appeal process but an end product. If I had not asked for details I would never have known the outcome. I am very grateful to the team who I think are so busy with the onslaught of scamming that time is at a premium and that is a refection on the attention given. I could not have achieve the result I had on my own so thank you so much.
