the installer was not experience

the installer was not experience, and didn't explain the equipment installed thourthly,and forgot to leave our vivint yard sign , very poor work .

The video would not work when away from…

The video would not work when away from home.Had wifi provider check things out the found out that vivint smart hub had taken over my TV and modem. Had to do a hard reset of both to get things working ok again.

Another negative experience

This time was nothing. I stupidly gave this company more of my money so that i could have an inside doorbell. Iy still hasn't arrived yet so suppose this is just another negative experience. I have multiple negative experiences with vivint. I've had false alarms go off multiple times, customer service experiences that didnt solve the issue (police came both times) and one of the highest cost alarm companies around. It's been a horrible experience overall with vivint but I'm stuck in a contract of course!

A suggestion

The equipment is working well so far. I don't know a lot about the operation yet. The install didn't go well. You might want to send an experienced Tech out with the rookies to prevent mistakes and be able to better explain how the system operates.

Good so far.

I think they very sorry to me I got my camera hooked up on the 3rd still ain't working but they want to bring somebody over to my house that I got to pay no it's not my fault you think
