Review Time
I have tried to reach out to the sales person and never got a answer. I got a salesperson that sales solar power for the same company because we decided to go with someone else. I was trying to make sure that I have the signs up,but nothing.
Totally incompetent. Spelled my name wrong three times and each time required to do a credit check. There process is cumbersome and annoying to say the least. I spoke to a supposed account manager and they were supposed to install service. Never showed never called. Don’t waste your time with these people.
Nolan and Parker were awesome. They took there time, explained everything, and made sure we understood and were happy. We had an internet problem that we needed to resolve. Once we did, they came back to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. Great team, great experience!
I have two cameras that are not working properly. One is giving off phantoms deterrence motions. The other camera is offline with the flood light constantly on with no way of turning it off. My sales rep and service technician have been unresponsive. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them about my issue for three days to no avail. I’m in my trial period so far I’m not satisfied with the product or customer service.
Worst customer service ever. Don't purchase a system and then try to move. They will charge you outrageous fees for everything just to move your system from one address to the next. I will pay out my contract and never return. Loyal customers mean nothing to them
