your installer was a likeable young…

your installer was a likeable young man....but he left an electrical outlet broken and not put back to its orinal state...maybe he can fix it....the pad or screen that you use to arm says there are 2 covers loose and it impedes the proper function of the arm and disarm......needs fixing

I had a great experience with the Vivint sales representative who assisted me. He was courteous, friendly, and truly took the time to understand my needs. He worked with me to find the best deal possible, making sure I could afford a system that fit both my home and my budget. I really appreciated that he stayed on-site until the technician arrived to begin the installation. His professionalism and commitment to customer service made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
