Review Time
Considering the manner in which I was "introduced" to Vivint, it has gone surprisingly well. Any issues/problems I've had were resolved fairly quickly and without unnecessary hassle. As I learn this new system, a rather steep learning curve for me, I'm getting more comfortable with it each day.
Salesperson was knowledgeable, timely and efficient. Offered us only the services we needed for our family. Technician was in and out: installation, clean up and testing in just over an hour. Vivint has already proven to be a great addition to our feeling of security within and away from our home
Well it makes me feel safer knowing that my home is okay and monitored so I don't have to worry about anything even when I leave or when I'm staying at home cuz the neighborhood I live in anyway so yeah it's a very good tool to have in my home thank you
