Installation was done in the dark so it was difficult to tell what was what.I am very unhappy with the experience and will be returning the system.The software is clunky, playback is slow to load and difficult to fast forward through.My Ring software works much better.
I signed up on June 4th and on July 10th I still don't have all my equipment installed, appointments were made 4 times and the technician never showed up. I tried to be very patient and understanding but over a month? And i have started being charged for equipment that wasn't installed. I called to cancel the service and I didn't realize that there would be exorbitant cancelation fees to leave the service. They don't tell you these things when they are signing you up for their horrible service. They were holding me hostage and wouldn't cancel my service unless I paid a termination fee's or out right pay for all the equipment (which some were never installed) even though i was the party who was wronged. I wish I've done more research about this company's business practices once you sign the contract it's over they provide you horrible service and support. When you want to cancel as you would have every right to do they have exorbitant fees to lock you in. This should be illegal. Stay away from vivint they are predatory.
