Vivint is the worst company I've done business with. If you have any issues with your system they give you the run around and if its the "busy season" you could wait over a month for someone to schedule you. Please do yourself a favor and go with a different company to help you with security. For something so important you don't want to use vivint.
Vivint is GREAT! First thing to mention was that my technician was a female. Made me feel comfortable to allow to enter my home. She was efficient & professional. In addition, Vivint offers a good product and covers a wide range of protection/preventive products.
