The system was never installed properly to my Smart door lock (front door) trying to reach somebody was almost impossible then I was told it would be a charge for somebody to come out and fix it which is ridiculous because it was never installed correctly in the first place
Would love to leave zero stars! I told the sales man multiple times no we didn’t need the system and he wouldn’t take the answer because my husband wasn’t home. Very unprofessional. They are very hard to cancel with because they are always trying to comp you or up sell you stuff or make it cheaper. No means no and people need to respect that.
