The best technician Ever

The best!! Very professional ,friendly, knowledgeable, personable and patient technician ever. He took time to explain,demonstrate and answer all of our questions. His customer service skills were wonderful. Thank you Mr. JACOB

Liars and con artists

Everything my salesman promised and the contracts I signed was instantly null and void after the faulty equipment was installed. The company that secured the loan defaulted with the promised quotes. And it’s impossible to get a clear English speaking person on the line for help. This was the absolute worst experience I had ever had dealing with a company. I attempted to cancel the next day which they said they were closed on weekends. I called back Monday morning and was assured the cancellation was processed only to wake up Tuesday morning with a denial email saying I was outside the attired time (3 days) which was a lie. The equipment has loose exposed wiring which caused the camera to go off 43 times in one night. I called to have it fixed and had a scheduled appointment which resulted in a no call no show from the technician. I missed a whole day of work. I hate this company for scamming people out of money and selling false promises. I signed paper work for a $60 monthly payment but within a week received a bill for $111.

I do not see a person at my front door…

I do not see a person at my front door on camera , my phone goes into a spin wheel mode .no notification just out side recording to an outside not me.it a message to a person that outside.That not I wanted.

Bad camera quality..not pulling up on…

Bad camera quality..not pulling up on my phone when am away from my house.. the panel always loose and always saying low battery..

My review

I liked that the wait time was short and the tech was courtious, patient and thorough. The only thing I didn't like was the tech's accent. I could barely understand him.

You’re an established company

You’re an established company. Don’t send young kids through the neighborhood smiling and grinning trying to beat you out of money. He tells you one fee that you agree on, sends the tech out of to hook it up then charges an extra fee. Says he’s going to get it reversed in 2 days and doesn’t. It makes your whole organization look shady and you don’t have to do that because you’re established.
