Sent a certified letter with return receipt on 06/30/2025 through USPS to Vivint —and USPS today, Tues July 08, 2025 tracking site said “Forwarding order for this address is no longer valid. Forward expired” I have no idea what that means. Will attempt to call Vivint (not successful July 03) and USPS tomorrow am (7/9/25). Very frustrated and disappointed in difficulty contacting Vivint.
The sales rep Charles fabricated details about the services. I was informed that this was a soft inquiry to my credit report, yet it showed up as a hard inquiry. I was informed of the cancellation policy, in which I cancelled within 24 hours, and I am still being charged. I would not recommend Vivint to my peers.
