Nothing just fine to me

I just want to say thank you for service if it wasn't for your service i wouldn't have proof of my husband cheating but I I already knew that he was cheating just needed some proof thank you

Louis Benacci
Great System but way too high equipment price and contract term.

Salesman Aiden Arquiett was very personable and made every effort to make the experience easy. He even returned the next day to make sure everything worked and I knew how to work with the system. The technician Raine Hill did a very thorough and excellent job performing the installation.

Nice product, weird way to pitch

There were new employees shadowing the employees doing the work. It was not mentioned to me at all during sign up how much each piece of equipment would cost. I didn't find that out until after it was installed. They had to stay at my house until midnight to install one part and come back on Monday to install the rest. They were in my house until 11 pm the second night and installation stretched into a 3rd day. This was time consuming and altered my plans for the week. The employees were friendly and helpful, but the cost of the equipment being disclosed upfront would have been helpful in deciding which pieces I could have eliminated from my package to make it more affordable.
