My daughter booked a parking spot in Geneva.Not realising it was a rolling monthly contract.There is no mention on their website site that they intend to repeat the charges every month @200+ eu every month I have been unable to get to internet use and discovered that four further months were charged despite using only one month.Take care this is very misleading ?800 later.I’ve never been to any car park that you are required to specifically cancel a parking spot even after you leave.Looking at the confirmation email they require 1month notice to cancel.If you only book for one month how can that work if you need a months notice?Ridiculous MacFarlane Gillian

Na 3 weken wachten op de levering heeft DPD het pakket niet aangeboden bij ons. Helaas ook geen tweede poging gedaan (als er al een eerste poging is gedaan). Ook niet afgeleverd bij een pakketpunt. Maar gewoon retour afzender gedaan. Na contact met DPD wordt gewoon gezegd, neem contact op met leverancier. Uw pakket is retour gezonden.. Helaas is dit niet de eerste slechte ervaring met dpd. Maar ja je hebt vaak geen keuze voor de bezorgdienst.

2 abonnementen met een iphone 16 afgesloten. Prijs is erg goed, een stuk lager dan bij de concurrent. Maar de levertijd en communicatie is een stuk minder. Telefonisch slecht bereikbaar (altijd nr10 in wachtrij en je wacht een half uur ongeveer) en om 17:30 gaat gewoon de telefoon eruit. De telefoon komt altijd vrijdag binnen maar dat gebeurd dan steeds niet. E-mails worden maar af en toe beantwoord. Uiteindelijk wel geleverd gekregen. Levertijd was ruim 2 weken. Hij kwam ineens binnen zonder een mail vooraf dat hij onderweg was met track and trace code of iets dergelijks. Geen idee wat er aan de hand is maar het loopt niet erg lekker daar. Denk dat ze beter eerlijk kunnen zijn over wat er speelt en hoe lang iets gaat duren. Dan weet je waar je aan toe bent en kan je dat afwegen tegen de prijs die wel goed is. Maar maak me wel zorgen hoelang ze dit kunnen volhouden als dit niet beter word. Wie durft straks nog te bestellen met zoveel negatieve reviews?
