The experience generally was very good, they took care of everything and when communicating with the team they were attenuative and reassuring, however had to ask for updates and the results of the hearing and the breakdown of costs. No feed back from bank just money deposited from ruling, so it was important as a client to understand the result. Made me feel like I was not part of the appeal process but an end product. If I had not asked for details I would never have known the outcome. I am very grateful to the team who I think are so busy with the onslaught of scamming that time is at a premium and that is a refection on the attention given. I could not have achieve the result I had on my own so thank you so much.
