Item is excellent but delivery by yodel…

Item is excellent but delivery by yodel was a whole day late after I paid for next day delivery but I feel yodel just dont care.

Great item, bad delivery

Great item and price. The problem was I had paid ?13.99 for next day delivery, however it didn't arrive on the day paid for. So I am hoping I will have that refunded as it is a lot of money to waste. Otherwise would have gotten 5*

Awful customer service

Ordered a mobile phone which i never received as it was stolen by royal mail. Was advised to return empty packaging before they would refund which I did. Received email on 5th June advising id be refunded in 14 days... nothing!!! Trying to contact very is so difficult. Automated voice repeats itself then cuts you off! When you do get through to an agent, they end the call. Never need to contact customer service and thank goodness as this has been an awful experience!!

You sent me a ?50 swing set instead of…

You sent me a ?50 swing set instead of my ?350 hoover. Whilst I appreciate mistakes happen but the fact I now have to return the parcel, wait for the return to be confirmed, then await a refund before ordering again is ridiculous. Just send me what I ordered and you can see what I've returned once received!

Damaged delivery

Damaged delivery Spoken to Scott financial complaints team but completely disregarded me as if I was lieing although I already emails photos of the damage Refused to transfer me to a colleague including his manager The response I have had from this company and it employees is very disappointing and I shall not be ordering again !

Order arrived well before the expected…

Order arrived well before the expected delivery date which was great. However, one of the items was completely the wrong one(a ring instead of a dress which I wanted for a work do) so thus was nit so good. However, mistakes happen and this has never happened before and I've had many deliveries, the dress just wasn't meant to be!

Ordered a karcher 5 car & home flex…

Ordered a karcher 5 car & home flex pressure washer and was sent the karcher 5 control flex instead. Called up to report it and was told to send it back and reorder. I asked if a note could be made to prevent this happening again and was told they couldn’t and if it happened a second time then thy would intervene.After waiting a week to be sent the wrong item wasn’t prepared to go through it again so I decided to cancel and get my money back and order else where . Originally I used a 20%off discount code this reduced my item which was ?379.99 by ?75 hence why I think they tried to send me a cheaper model that was costing ?299.99. Poor customer service! They should have corrected and exspress delivered my item to me as it was there mistake.And to top it off was also told I have to wait 14 days to get my money back??not happy.
