You couldn’t make up the story of Verys incompetence. The whole operation is a complete shambles.Wrong size itemsItems not ordered sentCouriers take 1 week to collect then don’tWasting another 45 minutes on the phone to staff that cannot get why you need different collections at 1 go not over different dates.Trying to explain that a vacuum came in its original factory box with labels on not a brown box.I need 2 labels for the courier to bring ITS NOT 1 PACKAGE ITS 2I cannot speak to a manager they’re busy!!!!Now have to wait another week.CLOSING ACCOUNT, THESE IDIOTS DONT DESERVE MY HARD EARNED CASH
Very disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a large item that had several parcels and one was not delivered to my address. The person I spoke to on the phone tried to tell me it had been delivered when only 3 parcels out of 4 was delivered. I will not be buying large items from them again.
If you don't buy anything for a few months they close your account. If you have money on your account they steal it, you then cant re open the account or open a new one for 12 months after. It takes 5 advisors to deal with 1 call and still not be able to resolve it! AvoidI would have put zero stars if it let me
Bought 75” Sony TV, first waiting for delivery almost 10 days, second after finally getting TV, opened box just to find out TV screen is broken ?? …very customer service doesn’t exist, you can’t contact by online chats, you can’t get email address to send complaint message …they have only phone number where you can talk if you lucky with someone who can speak English ! …After spoke with one agent I been informed that return process will take 14days !!!!, and is no option to replace product I have to send it back waiting to be refunded and then buying again ?? …the reason I decided to buy expensive TV from Very was discount code I get from them and Sony cash back if you place order until 1.7.25, So after all return process i will not have a chance to get promotion again ! …waste of time, never buy from Very again, fix your customer service!!!!
I was shocked that they sent out what was clearly a return without checking the contents. I ordered a fan and the item delivered had no blades!! As a result, I needed to order a new one. I ordered the replacement using next day delivery before the cut off time for next day, but I've just been informed by the courier that it is due to be delivered tomorrow, so two day delivery, arriving too late for most of the heatwave.That said, the customer service agent I spoke to was very helpful and offered to refund the next day delivery cost. I'm just really surprised that returned items aren't getting quality checked before being sent back out. Could avoid much annoyance, extra time and cost and bad reviews.
I've ordered a pair of nike sunglasses, i have received them however and this is getting interesting...I have received a pair of used and scratched nike glasses which were not even close to the model ordered proof that "somebody" from warehouse decided I'm the lucky one and they get a pair of glasses worth ?140This review is more for Very to improve their warehouse controls and product packing methods as 100% im not the only one who had this kind of experience.
