Bought 75” Sony TV, first waiting for delivery almost 10 days, second after finally getting TV, opened box just to find out TV screen is broken ?? …very customer service doesn’t exist, you can’t contact by online chats, you can’t get email address to send complaint message …they have only phone number where you can talk if you lucky with someone who can speak English ! …After spoke with one agent I been informed that return process will take 14days !!!!, and is no option to replace product I have to send it back waiting to be refunded and then buying again ?? …the reason I decided to buy expensive TV from Very was discount code I get from them and Sony cash back if you place order until 1.7.25, So after all return process i will not have a chance to get promotion again ! …waste of time, never buy from Very again, fix your customer service!!!!
