Review Time
I ordered a selection of trainers, but they arrived with the packaging, boxes and trainers all smelling of an overpowering unpleasant perfume. To my horror I found unexpected samples of laundry boost in the parcels. Very, please consider the serious risk this poses to those of us who have allergic reactions to perfumes,
Initially wrong item delivered. Online return service not working. Now trying to return an item have been told to wait in for collection twice when calling contact centre, only to call again to be told ‘it’s difficult to collect small items’ and to be told I need to drop it off. Why offer a service you can’t actually provide?
Both myself and my partner have had an account with very now for a number of years and used to love the company for its quality, customer service and pricing! However, these past 2 years things have been on a downward decline. Materials of clothing not what it used to be and prices do not reflect the poorer quality being sold. Products sent out which did not match description leaving the customer to call and chase what should have been delivered. “Customer service” is appalling being put on hold when they actually put me back in line to only speak with yet another agent (2 x I was given this treatment). Then to top things off they sent me an email offering to increase my credit limit … (not that I needed it) only to email me back today to advise of their decision to actually keep my limit the same and how I must be feeling so disappointed by this! Not a company who places any value for its longstanding customers anymore apparently, perhaps it's the fact I pay off my balance in full and they can't sting me for interest who knows but either way I think from now on I will be taking my custom elsewhere. Such a real shame to see once great companies spiral steadily into decline.
