Purchased a decadence deep pile rug a couple of months ago, just to make people aware this rug shreds badly, could be dangerous if you have small children or small pets as the strands could be ingested, we have had vacuum cleaner blocked on several occasions, constantly picking up strands and is still loosing strands. If I could of left a minus i would have done
Ordered an American Fridge Freezer from Very.Was asked various questions during check out including type of accommodation.As I live in a first floor flat ticked 'flat' level 1-4.Day of delivery, was called to say drivers would be with me in approx 1 hour.Missed 2nd call approx 1 hour later.No attempt to ring door bell, tracking stated 'customer requested new date'!Called delivery company to be told as I don't have a lift and item weighs over 85kg they are unable to deliver? Uh?!!Only part of Customer service that was any help at all was the chap who sorted out my full refund.Very, if you take one thing away from this, ask if there is a lift. One little question can save a lot of stress and anxiety.
My Fridge Freezer is ideal for my needs. The look, price and quality are excellent. I estimate I will save ?72 a year in energy. The delivery however was abysmal, I paid to have the old appliance removed but it is still on my drive.
Bought a ?80 pair of ladies converse to find them delivered like they came from a car boot sale inside a plastic bag. If I buy a branded premium product at a premium price I expect such. Delivered in a plastic bag is NOT what I wanted or expected as these were purchased as a gift. The whole product is very underwhelming as it looks like they came from a charity shop and wrapped in plastic bag...... Even more frustrating when you review on their website claiming they want 'good and bad' reviews - they moderate it because it doesn't suit. Bad experience and left very annoyed and extremely embarrassed at having to present to Daughter In Law a pair of shoes that look like I've sourced them from the local market..... DISGUSTING.. My next question is being as the tags have been removed.... are these returns they thought they'd pass on? Did they assume I'd be happy with them in the state? Because I am not!!!!!!!
Ordered a wardrobe and over bed wardrobe What a nightmare items missing , screws missing , rails for drawers missing. Put a order in for the parts with item number for each part they still sent out wrong pieces and a handful of screw.This company is a disgrace .First time of ordering off them and it will be the last .Beware if ordering large items off them.This has been going on since the 12th june 25
