No Lift. No delivery

Ordered an American Fridge Freezer from Very.Was asked various questions during check out including type of accommodation.As I live in a first floor flat ticked 'flat' level 1-4.Day of delivery, was called to say drivers would be with me in approx 1 hour.Missed 2nd call approx 1 hour later.No attempt to ring door bell, tracking stated 'customer requested new date'!Called delivery company to be told as I don't have a lift and item weighs over 85kg they are unable to deliver? Uh?!!Only part of Customer service that was any help at all was the chap who sorted out my full refund.Very, if you take one thing away from this, ask if there is a lift. One little question can save a lot of stress and anxiety.
