The wrong item was sent

The wrong item was sent - order correct, paperwork correct , incorrect hand bag received - different style, different colour: then to cap it off the refund takes up to two weeks.

I returned an item on 3/6/25 and Very text on the 6th stating they've received the item and I've been awaiting my refund. I contacted them regarding this and they stated it can take up to 3 working days after receiving the item. We'll it's 14 days now and still no refund, I've contacted them again but no answer. This is so annoying, I've returned other items elsewhere after this time and received my refund. So wrong. I won't be using this company again.

Brought Florida duo set & one the…

Brought Florida duo set & one of the chairs back legs were missing. Phoned to let them know wanted the part but they don’t do it so they are getting in touch with the delivery company to come and collect it. There was no very paperwork with the item so don’t no what I have to put on the package. Hope they don’t take to to long to get in touch to make arrangements for them to pick it up. Not very happy.
