I ordered swimming pool and few clothes for my little boy but the delivery didn't come next day only clothes came next day ,although I paid for next day delivery .The swimming was the main reason why I pay next day charge.My little boy wait whole day thinking it'll get delivery anytime and was very upset .I did check the everything about delivery before placing order .Order placed before cut off time on Friday and swimming pool was delivered on Monday .Theres no opt for live chat customer service only AI.Option was given to call so i didnt do because of being at work.Such a waste of money for paying next day delivery .Not Happy.
Dtiver left a heavy chair outside the main door where I live in Sheltered Accommodation. 80 year old had to, with help, get this to the lift then into flat. Chair was absolutely beautiful. Delivered in double quick time. This was the fault of the DPD driver. VERY company are fantastic. I love the chair.
Had to return an item, sent it back the same day that it was delivered, but on my account it was still saying I needed to pay for the item. The women on the phone was very helpful, and canceled the payment demand, but trying to get past the auto bot was a pain, all resolved, but was easier a year ago to get through and talk to a human.
Terrible customer service trying to charge me for items dumped by yodel outside my house when no one was home! I did want the order in the first place and informed them of that many times before delivery, person just spoken to was rude raised her voice to me! I have been back and forward dealing with multiple people for over a month! Don't bother using Very!
I ordered a chest of drawers, I rang very on the 28/5/25 to return the items which were faulty.Their delivery drivers did not turn up to pick it up when they should have, no phone call or explanation to say why they did not turn up.After numerous phone calls and e mails to very nothing has been sorted and I am still waiting for a refund, which they said would be in my bank today but still isnt and still not heard from them.I have spent a lot of money with very over the years, but needless to say this will be the last order I will be making.I am very dissapointed with lack of customer service.
