Review Time
As usual I am happy with my purchase from Very, the only thing I am dissapointed with is the color. I ordered a sofa and chair, on the photo on your site its a lovely color just what I wanted, however in real life its much darker than I thought it would be. A bit dissapointed but ill just have to get use to it now i have got it. Never mind
I was disconnected from two calls I have recently made to customer services and both advisors failed to call me back to complete resolution of the issue at hand. I expect them to call back because if/when I do I cannot get hold of said/prior advisor.
I ordered ?275 worth of products assuming they would be delivered together. They were delivered in separate parcels which I wasn’t expecting and therefore by the time they arrived I didn’t need them. I kept 2 items and returned the rest. They refunded me for 1 of the 2 items I kept and not at all for the items I returned. I contacted them via phone to explain this and they charged the 1 item that they refunded by mistake back to my account but didn’t refund the rest of the return even though I provided them with the proof that I returned the items. I have also got a separate issue regarding the warranty on condenser dryer I purchased less than 6 months ago but again I’ve had absolutely no help and contacting them is difficult. Raised an inquiry via my account management and they closed it without helping me. Time to look into taking them to a claims court. Spent ?1500 in 6 months and this is the service they provide. Shameless.
After waiting and continuously checking for my item to come into stock in my size…the wrong item was sent! I’ve had to keep checking again and reorder …hopefully you’ll send me the right jacket this time. Doubt i’ll see any reimbursement for the delivery for the one that was delivered.
