Impossible to contact customer service to make a complaint. I ordered a Levi’s demon jacket and it arrived damaged with the Levi’s label torn. I can’t return and exchange as my size is now sold out. Went on the online automated chat which is useless and it gave me a number to call but the number says they are only available to talk about payments?? Messaged them on X (Twitter) & Instagram with no reply. Why do companies like this make it SO HARD to contact them?? A customer service email would be nice. Bought this for an event and will now have to wear it damaged, so disappointed would not recommend this website because if you have a problem there is no one to help.
2nd time in a week ordering. PAYED FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY both times for a reason… then i dont receive it next day takes a couple days but they are alright taking your money for next day and wont refund it!! I want a refund for both delivery fees each time. Avoid it at all costs honestly.
Terrible service. I paid for next day delivery on my latest order. And it didn’t arrive on the day I was told so I had to ring Very. They said there’d been a delay and they’d refund me my next day delivery fee (I’m yet to see whether this will actually happen). If I hadn’t of phoned I wouldn’t have been told there was a problem as no communication from Very or any update. When the parcel eventually arrived 3 days later, one item was missing so I had ring again. They claimed there must have been a problem in the warehouse and they’d refund me for the item but they couldn’t reorder it as they don’t do that anymore I have to do it myself and surprise surprise the item has now sold out so through no fault of my own I didn’t get my item and had to chase everything myself. Very, very disappointing lack of service and I wished I’d NEVER bothered.
