Honestly, I find this company very frustrating. Third order this year (should give up really) that hasn't been delivered next day despite paying ?5.99 extra for this. The customer service agents appear to lack in any personality and are just simply quite rude and difficult to talk to.
Very disappointed ordered trainers for my grandson he was looking forward to them as he is in to fitness & running paid &4.99 for next day delivery Trainers arrived great opened trainer box to find one right foot size 7.5 & 2nd right foot size 8 dumbfounded this is not what I ordered have sent them back & I won’t be ordering them again I would like my &4.99 refunded to me please thank you
Honestly, trying to buy any Pok'?mon TCG drops or restocks on Very is just a nightmare. Bots seem to grab everything the second it goes live, so real fans like me never even get a chance. It’s super frustrating, by the time I click “add to basket,” everything’s already gone. Very really needs to do something about the bots, because at this point, it feels impossible to actually buy anything.
Products as advertised for very good prices. I bought after comparing prices from different websites and found the best deal on Very. Would be good if delivery was free above a certain purchase threshold hence why I deducted a star
