Next day delivery not received

Ordered an item for next day delivery. Didn't arrive. Then 3 days on Im still met with the same excuses and waiting for it. Its almost ?400 and its just tied up with no item and im not able to replace it. Noone offers a complaint, you need to ask for it.I keep being told its coming today, every day for the last 3 days. Not good enough. I've also left a review with Yodel, but accountability also sits with the company chosing yodel as their delivery partners. And they cant even fix the problem.

I ordered a Belstaff t shirt

I ordered a Belstaff t shirt, it turned up promptly but when I opened it someone had replaced it with a cheap t shirt and put the belstaff tags on it. I phoned and complained and reordered. Lo and behold the same thing happened again. Obviously someone is stealing from the warehouse.

Despite contacting the company twice telling them I was not at home and gave them the address to leave my parcel left it somewhere totally different and no details where it was

I only ordered because i was offered ?30 off at check out with code said it would be credited to my method of payment however i was not prompted to input code meaning i have paid full price which i am not overjoyed with

Order cancelled with know reason given

Item is amazing but change your…

Item is amazing but change your delivery service!! Was left at completely wrong house and just left on their doorstep!! ?230 worth just left at wrong house on a doorstep and said it was signed by a name Bailey not my name at all or the person whose house it was left at and not signed for!!!

Wrong trainers, no box.

I appreciated the value, I brought some trainers in a sale that were significantly lower priced then I could find elsewhere. Though the delivery was quick I wasn't happy that when the trainers arrived they were not in box, they were just wrapped and put inside two plastic bags. Considering the trainers were worth ?100 I didn't think this was appropriate. In my eyes it devalued the goods. Also, I was sent the wrong trainers. They were a totally different colour to the ones that I ordered. I ended up really liking them and keeping the pair that arrived. But it was still false advertising. Such a shame as I have used VERY several times over the years and never had any issues before.

Poor customer service and failed return process

Ordered a Super King bed frame that arrived with incorrect internal dimensions. Very approved the return, but collection never happened despite multiple scheduled dates. Fastway marked false attempts with no contact or visit.After over 3 weeks, countless phone calls, and no written resolution, I’m left storing a bulky item with no refund. Very insists on phone-only support and avoids accountability.Disappointing experience — would not recommend.
