Poor customer service and failed return process

Ordered a Super King bed frame that arrived with incorrect internal dimensions. Very approved the return, but collection never happened despite multiple scheduled dates. Fastway marked false attempts with no contact or visit.After over 3 weeks, countless phone calls, and no written resolution, I’m left storing a bulky item with no refund. Very insists on phone-only support and avoids accountability.Disappointing experience — would not recommend.
