Good Discount. Next day delivery didn’t work for all items

Got a good voucher offer which prompted me to buy. I upgraded to next day delivery however one item didn’t arrive until a day after that

Both items of alcohol poorly wrapped…

Both items of alcohol poorly wrapped arrived smashed and leaking through packaging. Very Requested items returning which I would think was dangerous. Car now needs valeting. Will not be ordering again from very. As lacking health and safety to customers as well as delivery drivers.

Awful communication

Awful communication. Item arrived 3 weeks after expected date. Trak and trace promised to call back after speaking to courier...they never did. I asked to cancel they didn't cancel. Appalling service.

Put phone down on me, unhelpful, unprofessional

Put phone down on me.Told me parcel was lost and to re order.Item out of stock now.This happens a lot, you order something then when the item is out of stock they say parcel missing. Raised voice, wasn’t helpful. Didn’t give me chance to speak. Item was ment to come a week ago.
