Terrible service. I paid for next day delivery on my latest order. And it didn’t arrive on the day I was told so I had to ring Very. They said there’d been a delay and they’d refund me my next day delivery fee (I’m yet to see whether this will actually happen). If I hadn’t of phoned I wouldn’t have been told there was a problem as no communication from Very or any update. When the parcel eventually arrived 3 days later, one item was missing so I had ring again. They claimed there must have been a problem in the warehouse and they’d refund me for the item but they couldn’t reorder it as they don’t do that anymore I have to do it myself and surprise surprise the item has now sold out so through no fault of my own I didn’t get my item and had to chase everything myself. Very, very disappointing lack of service and I wished I’d NEVER bothered.
