Had to return an item

Had to return an item, sent it back the same day that it was delivered, but on my account it was still saying I needed to pay for the item. The women on the phone was very helpful, and canceled the payment demand, but trying to get past the auto bot was a pain, all resolved, but was easier a year ago to get through and talk to a human.
