Review Time
At first I thought these products were some kind of gimmick, always showing up online every place I looked. So, I bought a hoodie. And then I bought another, and then I bought a set for all of my kids and closest friends and more for myself, of course. The material is such great quality, especially for the price, and their clothing really washes well - no pilling, fading, or shrinking. Everyone has asked me about these clothes when I wear them, and many of them are hesitant to buy like I was, until they notice how soft and thick it is. Also, I bought some on Preorder and wondered if I would ever get them, but I absolutely did receive the three sets I purchased, when they said they would deliver them. Now I am going to try some loungewear...:)
Placed an order in November with a guarantee it would be there before Christmas. It never arrived. I inquired about my order and Comfrt claimed it was delivered. I never received it. They claim they would send my order a second time and never received that order. When I requested a refund they offered me 60% of my money stating they hope I understand. I had to file a dispute with my credit card to get my money back.
I forgot to put the unit number on my order. Realized tis immediately after I placed the order. Tried to call them but they don't have a phone. Emailed them several times only to get a response 6 days later that they will not change an address after the order is placed. They also stated they will not take any responsibility. They told be to contact the carrier but the carrier will only accept address changes from them. Totally unhelpful and uncaring. Will not buy from this company again.
After seeing comfrt lounge sets everywhere I had to try them because I looove cozy outfits. Now that I’ve had a chance to wear this Travel set several times I’m a big fan!I probably could have gotten an XS (I’m in a S in this photo and am 5’2” and 130lbs for reference) but these are the comfiest sweats I have ever put on my body. They’re so warm and thick and great quality. I’m pretty particular about sweatpants and hoodies and these pass!!
A truly great product. Rarely do I find something that I give feedback on. This however, deserves a resounding shout out.This is my third order and I am already looking to add more.In a throw away society, it is nice to see a product of this quality.Comfrt is above and beyond expectations. And I , for one look forward to the growth of this brand.
The Travler hoody is SO comfortable, quality material, and very cozy for sitting around the house or out and about. The zipper pockets on the inside hold everything secure, the ear bud pocket is a perfect place to keep them and ordering was very easy and customer service has reached out to me to make sure I was happy with their product. Great clothes, great service, and a great price with people that stand behind it. I will order more for sure!
