I just received my second set of Comfrt items and im frigging in love. They are from the pastel collection and the affirmation collection. Incredibly soft, high quality and washes/dries perfectly, these sweat sets are honestly the best I've ever had.
Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered, they sent me completely the wrong order and over a month later I still don’t have what I ordered (I sent back what they sent me), and now they’re saying there out of stock of my original order and can give me store credit. I advised them over a month ago this was a gift (the occasion has now more than passed) for my daughter and this was the one thing she wanted.
Relaxed and Cozy. Came as stated, looked and felt as stated. I purchased the travel essential set. It is soft and cozy. I feel so calm and relaxed when wearing these pieces. I wore to my office and was chill. My niece and brother-in-law also purchased and feel incredibly. I'm looking to now purchase a blanket for my office for my clients to use and purchase a set for my mother.
Do not buy from this company! They hide their return policy. When you order, you can return items, but only for an e-gift card. They messed up my order by sending the wrong items, and the ones I received didn’t fit properly. I contacted them about returning the items, and they told me they only offer e-gift cards, no refunds. I spent $185 on the order, but my return was only valued at $159, even though I received incorrect items. This company offers no real support, so beware. I expected much better customer service given the situation. Now, my e-gift card won’t even cover the cost of replacing the items I originally ordered. I would’ve left a good review if it weren’t for the terrible customer service. Buyers, be cautious!
I had the pleasure of speaking with Brooke in customer service today. I had a few questions about my order which she answered all of them. She got back to me in one day. This will be the 8th set of Comfrt clothing my family has purchased. The customer service department is top tier.
I absolutely LOVE my sweats and weighted blanket! I purchased the travel sweats and love all the hidden pockets. Also purchased the camo set, can’t wait for them to come in! 10/10 recommend to friends and family, have even had a few purchase!
