Loved my set, left a 4 star review initially because of the quality but I had a critique about how narrow the legs were and how the hood was long but not deep. I just washed it and noticed how much my set shrank. I’m 4’11 and the size L pants are trying to flood on me! If I was tall, I’m sure the bottoms of these pants would be way above my ankles. Maybe this will not be as big of a problem with the newly released straight leg sweatpantsSo this can be seen as a pro or a con with the sizing- I got a size L jacket and it was lowkey TOO big but now that it’s shrank, I love how it fits more. But the pants? They were already kinda snugly fit around my hips/butt because I feel like they designed these clothes for flat/ non-curvy built folks so now my pants are shorter and tighter.

Only brand with a sweat set that will never disappoint! I ordered my first standard collection onyx set back in 2021 and after living in it, along with the 2 other minimalist sets, I finally was able to order a new black set! The pants are the best I’ve tried so far! The zip up, much like their HOODIE that hugs the shoulder and neck and HOOOOODS this too has something extra. Boyfriend oversized fit makes anyone feel tiny and cute lol and the way the shoulders fit/hang to the zip.. is just perfection!! Getting every color and getting the cheer gym hooked on this set too! 🫶🏻🧸🤍
Buying this kids pastel hoodie for my granddaughter and being a first time buyer from Comfrt we were extremely happy. The material and quality was as soft as it looks. I chose one size larger and the fit was great. What made me happy was to see her giggle and smile, as she knew how great she looked in this hoodie as she loves yellow so much.
I have a missing package and another order. I’m not sure if it went through. It has been over three weeks and their company just keeps asking for the order number over and over again. They are not issuing a refund and this is after I have placed multiple orders with them and I am in their affiliate program and have had multiple people
I would like to start off with saying Comfrt sweats and hoodie are outstanding. I have spent hundreds of dollars on many sweat suits.However, their customer service is definitely two star. There is no way to correspond with Comfrt via phone. So if you have any issues, be prepared to spend about a month going back and forth via email. Needless to say, I have given up, as my issues will not be resolved. I simply do not have the time. Very unfortunate. Comfrt, I'm begging you to revamp your customer service standards. Your apparel is superior. Without a contact number, your customers are struggling to recieve resolutions they need and deserve.
I haven’t felt good in clothes in a very long time. The first hoodie I wore made me feel so good, not just because of how super soft the inside is or how thick and soft the outside is, but it felt like a hug from a friend you haven’t seen in a long time. The softness that this company has put into their clothes is amazing. I could wear these clothes everyday.
I rarely write reviews unless I’m super excited about something. These clothes are the perfect amount of comfort. Feels like the highest quality material is giving you a big bear hug. This brand is literally the only reason I’m not excited for summer.
