Prepare to be shortchanged and ignored: Cancelled an unshipped preorder: Comfrt were weeks late paying refund and then didn't refund tax or shipping. 6 weeks chasing them now without resolution.Update 2: 9 weeks of chasing, Comfrt still shortchanging the refund by $50Update 1: 2 months of chasing now, Comfrt still withholding refund. 4 weeks without a response.Calling out Brooke, Lesley, Bernado C, Rhona: all Customer Service reps at Comfrt failing to respond to emails.
Amazing customer service! I had an issue with one of my hoodies coming with a missing letter. The customer service team was so kind and helpful to me with the process of returning the hoodie to get another one. I shipped it back two days ago and have already received my new one in the mail. The fact they fixed their mistakes and was so quick with it made me very happy and I would definitely buy again from them.
i feel like comfrt gives me a lift in confidence, i love how comfortable and good looking they are to, but those word of affirmation on those little cards you get really put a smile on my face because it was a time where i need it
The coziest sets I have ever had. I have the pastel collection, the cloud collection, the weighted blanket, and the ribbed tank. I literally wear my sets everyday. It truly helps with my anxiety and just makes me feel comfortable. I highly recommend getting some sets and the loungewear it is life changing.
I have made a total of 3 orders. 1st wonderful no issue. 2nd package went to someone in another state.3rd order was placed in Dec with arrival in March. Still waiting. Their response was a 20% off my next order. Like I will ever use them again. NOT LIKELY! CRAP customer service!
I ordered the same color suit as my sister and didn't know until I talked with her AFTER I had placed my order, haha. I immediately contacted customer service and they were able to catch my order before it went out so that my sister and I aren't walking around with the same outfit. Brook was very reactive, nice and professional. Im excited to get my new "digs".
