I reached out to Comfrt 5 days ago about a missing package that was clearly misdelivered by the shipping company. I provided evidence, including a photo, provided by the shipping company, showing the package left in a trash area—not my address. The shipping carrier admitted fault and directed me to Comfrt for a refund or replacement.Despite all this, I’ve heard nothing back from Comfrt. No reply, no update—just silence. I paid for this order expecting it to arrive before my travels, and now I’m out both the item and my money. The lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.Sadly, this experience has made me lose trust in the company, and I won’t be a returning customer unless this is resolved.
Absolutely amazing company. I haven’t found a piece I didn’t like. Bought at least 3 different colors of each style. Now my husband has me doing the same for him. I’ve got my mom sister and other family hooked as well. Will never buy another brand of hoodie again
Wrong item sent, they love to argue and deny. Return process is an absolute joke. I returned the package immediately and haven’t gotten any money back or “credit” as they fraudulently only issue credits which is theft to me. Either way I’m out $120 with no hope of getting it returned. Customer service is a joke. DO NOT buy from them. I will post this all over fb too. jERKS
Omg I love my comfort sweats! I have personally bought over 50 pair, some for myself and many for other people. I suffer from PTSD and when I wear my sweats help to calm my anxiety. I love the thickness, and the material. I highly recommend buying Comfrt sweats! Be aware, I bought a pair off Tik Tok and they were not authentic. They didn’t have the same feel as the ones I already owned!
