So so bad. Literally do not order from them in case there is any issue. I set up a size exchange/return and they gave me store credit, but no way to access it. Then the address on my card changed to an old one I had used. Within 20 minutes of making the order I sent an email to support with an address update (well within their policy time frame for updates) and they said it was "outside the window". If I could give 0 stars I would. I still am okay with the quality but I'm going to buy from a reseller because their customer service is HORRIBLE. I saw the reviews bef9re, but I've never had an issue of the sort. Again, DO NOT expect any support for issues.

I love when a hoodie is a bit oversized. I wear mine when I am at work at times especially when I know I need extra comfort for the day. It is weighted so makes me feel like I am receiving a hug constantlywhich calms the nerve systems. I will be ordering more and even for my kiddos.
Be careful. They still owe me exchanges or refunds in 8 pieces and this started in November. To this day they have not made it right. Over 50 emails and text and still nothing. I love, love, love their clothing but. You cannot speak to them on phone,they do not respond to emails in time. Currently owe me over 200 dollars and they have done nothing to make right. Reporting to PayPal and bank on Monday. Tired of asking for help. I had order sweatsuit for my friends birthday waited over 2 months sweatshirt 2 small. I MAILED BACK... ASK FOR EXHANGE etc., to this day she has pants not sweatshirt and they no longer sell travel hoodie in color. Comfrt obviously does not care or these issues would be fixed. Sad thing, I really love their clothing. It is awesome as long as you do not need exchange or refund. Going to continue to post reviews where I can so hopefully this will not happen to them
I'm absolutely obsessed with the design, feel, and overall quality of this set! I've received so many compliments, and now my friends are rushing to get their own. Even my family wants a set after seeing how amazing it is. The comfort is unbeatable! I sized down to a small, and it was the perfect choice—still plenty of room for that relaxed, cozy fit.
