I preordered the pastel set in pink and received it exactly when it said I would. I absolutely love it. The sweatshirt and sweatpants are so comfortable, perfectly baggy, and sit just right. I sized up without realizing it’s unisex so mine is extra baggy, but honestly I have no problem with that. Even if you stay true to size, it will have that cute comfortable look that everyone goes for. The hood has no strings which I love and it’s really big so sits perfectly on your head while not falling off or being uncomfortable. This set is perfect to lounge in or literally go out and do anything while wearing! I’m going on a flight and I can’t wait to wear it for that!!
These sets are the comfiest things I have ever worn. They are so soft and the hood is the perfect shape/size. Fair warning, you may get addicted and want every color🤭 In all seriousness though shipping was fast, packaging was great, after about 4 washes now they’re still as soft as they were right out of the package. In this picture I’m wearing both Mediums but could’ve sized down to a S (or possibly even a XS) because of the naturally oversized and comfy fit.
Run FAR AWAY from this COMPANY ! They are a scam. Do NOT ORDER from them . We ordered 2 sweatshirts for my daughter ( in 2 different sizes ) and then they would not return the other one. They gave us a store credit. Annoyed but finally accepted. We went to use our “store credit” to order another sweatshirt and when ordering it CHARGED our Credit card instead of applying the store credit. Maddening. We reached out to costumer service 30 seconds later to fix the problem and they were COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL and would NOT fix the problem . They said they could not reverse the sale and they could not apply the “store credit “. Wait ? What? This is YOUR COMPANY - fix the issue . They are unwilling and immovable. Very sad . Such a scam . This is NOT a reputable company who cares about their costumer. If you are wise STAY AWAY and don’t BUY from them or you will be sorry !
BUYER BEWARE – Pre-Order SCAM!Their pre-sale is nothing short of a scam. They take your money upfront with a promised ship date in the future—leading you to believe the wait is worth the deal. Wrong.I waited patiently, only to discover a week after my expected ship date that the tracking info had mysteriously vanished from their site. Luckily, I had saved a PDF of my original confirmation. When I reached out, I was told there was no estimated ship date and that I would “receive a notification once it ships.” It’s now been three months. That’s more than enough time to fulfill orders. When I expressed how unacceptable and misleading this was—luring people in with fake timelines and false deals—I received nothing but hollow apologies, likely from an AI “agent” named Brooke, who appears in countless other frustrated reviews.Only after I referenced federal consumer protection laws and the illegality of taking payment without fulfilling orders, did they offer a full refund.This company is dishonest and untrustworthy. I will never order from them again.
