Wrong.I waited patiently, only to discover a week after my expected ship date that the tracking info had mysteriously vanished from their site. Luckily, I had saved a PDF of my original confirmation. When I reached out, I was told there was no estimated ship date and that I would “receive a notification once it ships.” It’s now been three months. That’s more than enough time to fulfill orders. When I expressed how unacceptable and misleading this was—luring people in with fake timelines and false deals—I received nothing but hollow apologies, likely from an AI “agent” named Brooke, who appears in countless other frustrated reviews.Only after I referenced federal consumer protection laws and the illegality of taking payment without fulfilling orders, did they offer a full refund.This company is dishonest and untrustworthy. I will never order from them again.
