Unable to find a customer support phone number on your website, I referred to your terms and conditions, which state, "All Comfrt orders are processed within 5 minutes of purchase and shipped within 48 business hours to ensure speedy delivery." I have a time-stamped email from my follow-up, which confirms that I attempted to address the issue within two minutes of the order being placed. Despite this, your team informed me that the order could not be modified as it had already been processed, and offered only a 10% discount on my next purchase. Additionally, I paid for expedited delivery, yet my order has not arrived—now well past the promised 48-hour delivery window.
Huge Comfrt STAN! I have purchased 10 complete sweatsuits, loungewear, and have more than half a dozen individual sweatshirts. I also recommend them to everyone and give them as gifts! I live in south Texas, where it is very rarely cold enough for sweats, but I live in these!! Very soft, extremely comfortable, and such a meaningful cause. I bought hoodies for my nieces who struggle with anxiety and they, too, are obsessed. The weight really does make a difference and the quality is exceptional. Also - I bought a lot of my sets via the pre-order option at a great discount - and all of them were sent earlier than stated. Love, love, love. 1000/10 Highly recommend!!
ordered sets for the wife kids and dog and they cam ein the wrong sizes and stitching looked like my 6 year old did it, asked for a refund and they offered exchange i explained i can find better stuff at ross and they told me they wont refund me due to policy?!
So LET ME TELL YOU i am and always have been the type of person to wear a hoodie and sweatpants my whole life, if I was able too I would wear them 24/7 . I have sensitive skin so alot of materials dont work for me. And due to a chronic illness its hard for me to find a nice quality hoodie that is a bit oversized that i can easily get in and out of . I went out of a limb after seeing the ads for COMFRT every day I wanted to know what was so special about this hoodie. So I ordered the "Cloud Zip Hoodie " in the color midnight. Which is a very dark nice black . I got this maybe 3 weeks ago and I dont take it off , minus to shower and go to work . I have to order at least another set today just so I dont ruin this . The material is heavier but not to heavy and it makes me so much more comfy I can hide my hands in the sleeves , its perfect . This material is way different than any other hoodie I personally have owned so im in love. I would and will be buying from them again. This is for you if you maybe have anxiety or you just want something new , its for the person taking a hike , or going to the grocery store , it looks so good you can do so much in it. 10/10 ! -GB
