Poor customer service and have yet to receive the product

Within two minutes of placing my online order, I noticed an error: I ordered two sky blue hoodies instead of the intended one sky blue and one pink hoodie, both in XS. Unable to find a customer support phone number on your website, I referred to your terms and conditions, which state, "All Comfrt orders are processed within 5 minutes of purchase and shipped within 48 business hours to ensure speedy delivery." I have a time-stamped email from my follow-up, which confirms that I attempted to address the issue within two minutes of the order being placed. Despite this, your team informed me that the order could not be modified as it had already been processed, and offered only a 10% discount on my next purchase. Additionally, I paid for expedited delivery, yet my order has not arrived—now well past the promised 48-hour delivery window.
